Details: Workshop – How To Use ChatGPT With Lori Gama

When: Thursday, March 13, 2025

Where: LINC Library and Innovation Center: 501 8th Avenue, Greeley, CO in the big training room.

Time: 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

What to bring: Your laptop, tablet or phone (make sure your devices are charged, as there are not individual outlets at the tables: only on the walls) and your login and password to your ChatGPT free account or paid account. Or you can simply go to this link and start using it without any signup details:
To create your account, follow these steps:

  1. Visit https://chat.openai.com/auth/login
  2. Click on the “Sign Up” button
  3. Enter your email address or choose to sign up with Google, Microsoft, or Apple
  4. If using email, create a strong password (at least 8 characters long, with a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters)
  5. Verify your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox
  6. Complete any additional required information, such as your name and phone number

Remember that while the basic version of ChatGPT (using GPT-3.5) is free, OpenAI also offers subscription plans for access to more advanced features and models like GPT-4.
