As the PokemonGo craze continues to grow…and as virtual reality starts to infiltrate and immerse more people…while at the same time, tragic events around the world get broadcast and shared via social media, almost as soon as they happen (sometimes live, within seconds), I am wondering:
Which reality are you living in?
Augmented reality? Virtual reality? CNN’s reality? Or your own?
Some great minds of our time (Neil deGrasse Tyson, James Gates
Theoretical physicist, University of Maryland and others) have recently discussed the possibility that we’re living in a simulation.
Don’t get caught up in the “madness,” friends, because the world is still a good place (remember: you can create your own reality), filled with millions of good people, doing the best they can, with what they have.
Just in case you don’t watch television or get online very often, a lot has happened in the past couple of weeks or so in this summer of 2016. Some of it very bad and tragic but that’s what the mainstream media and some other people want you to believe is the “reality” of the world we’re living in.
Don’t give into that message. The fact is that our world is in transition.
I believe and have faith that, on the other side of this transition, is a beautiful, more lovely world in which more people help each other, more people get along, more people choose to see things from another person’s perspective.
“You are at your very best when things are worst.”
– Starman, the movie.
Hang on to your dreams and make them happen. As long as you’re doing no harm to yourself or others, you’re on the right and good path. And if you’re struggling a bit, just know, that all of us have struggled. It’s the human condition. It’s why we exist. We were all born to do specific tasks, and affect specific people with our gifts – if given a chance to do so. If you have a dream to better your circumstances, to improve your life, then you will achieve that goal. Or else, why did the thought come to you?
Sometimes life is not easy.
Think about it… if everything were easy, you’d be pretty bored and never want to achieve much of anything, right?
Some might read this and think I’m pretty naive. You’re entitled to your opinion.
